Finish the month with an on-your-feet outdoor
game party. Modify the basic menu so that guests
can comfortably hold lunch in one hand, a croquet
mallet in the other. Slice the tenderloin thin, pile into
palm-size sliders,

peppery watercress, and horseradish sauce. Chop the
